How to Order

• Name, organization, and shipping information
  (street address, phone with area code, etc. UPS and FedEx will not deliver to post office boxes)
• Each playscript by title, author, and catalogue number
• Exact number of scripts desired for purchase
• Price per script as listed and the total number of scripts per title ordered.
  (ex. Biology Lesson, Dietrick, 15 @ $7.95 each, for $119.25)
• Indicate preferred method of shipping: US Priority Mail with delivery confirmation is our default and will be used unless another method is specified. International orders are sent via Global Priority Mail, unless another option has been requested and approved.
• Add any applicable sales tax
  (Iowa residents 5%, Virginia residents 4.5%)
• Indicate if you have already applied for performance rights
  

Once your preliminary email request has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your customer number with shipping and handling costs. This number will not change. Please use this number in all correspondence regarding your order, and when placing any future orders. If you ever forget your customer number just ask us and we'll happily look it up for you, but bear in mind that we use customer numbers to speed processing and not having it handy might delay delivery of your scripts, props, or other items.

Please do not send payment until your order has been confirmed.

Be sure to include with payment all of the information from your confirmation email. (Enclosing a printout with payment is just fine.)

Credit card purchases may be made through Paypal. Simply cut and paste the text of your confirmation email into the message area of your payment email and send to RistEntLtd@aol.com.

If you are ordering costumes or stage props, please email for special instructions, size information, shipping costs, etc.

Return Policy: No merchandise sent on approval. No exchanges or returns unless agreed upon in writing by Ristau Entertainment prior to shipment. All sales are final.

While we realize that the nature of the beast is to leave many things in theatre to the last moment, getting your order in well in advance of opening night is going to make everything easier for all concerned! We can't be held responsible if a deadline does not allow us sufficient time to complete your order, and no scripts for performance will be sent until the application for performance rights has also been processed.
